Physical therapy plays an important role in successful recovery from injury or surgery. The choice of a physical therapist is far too critical to be left to chance. The physicians at Reconstructive Orthopaedics have assembled a team of allied professionals which includes two of the most experienced physical therapists in the Cincinnati community.

At Reconstructive Orthopaedics, your physical therapy is coordinated and progress closely monitored. Lines of communication between our patients, therapists, and physicians are always open. This approach has allowed us to develop customized treatment protocols which ensure you are receiving the most recent and effective care available.

Chris Hill PT, MHS, OCS and Shaun Tubbs PT, ATC are the physical therapy directors at Reconstructive Orthopaedics. Chris and Shaun have a combined 27 years of experience in the rehabilitation field and look forward to working with you.

In addition, our group of highly qualified and experienced physical therapists includes Jan Deters, PT, Kristen Petrosky, PT, Allison Brandt, PT, Brian Barnes, PT and Dave Magliano, PTA.

Shaun Tubbs

Shaun earned his B.S. degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Wilmington College in 1994. He went on to earn his B.S. degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Louisville in 1997. Shaun´s approach to your Physical Therapy needs is one of helping you meet your personal goals. Shaun believes that any injury to the body results in 6 physiological changes to the body (pain, swelling, loss of range of motion, loss of strength, loss of coordination/balance, loss of cardio-respiratory fitness). Shaun uses a wide variety of rehabilitative techniques, to reverse these physiological changes, which restore function to the body and returns you to your activity of life, work and play. Shaun resides in Maineville with his wife Joy, who is also a Physical Therapist. Shaun and Joy have two children, Elizabeth and Parker.
