We are in Montgomery and Fairfield Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are in the Lebanon office Monday through Friday in the afternoons.

Be sure to let our telephone appointment schedulers know the nature of your injury or problem area. Bring to their attention if your were injured while at work or in an accident.
